Wellbeing

Once a year, the whole school comes off timetable to celebrate Wellbeing week, which aims to help students to find balance and fulfilment in their sometimes-hectic lives by teaching how their bodies and minds function, how to improve their spiritual connection to our Lord, and how to follow healthy Islamic practices so they can look after themselves better during times of pressure and problems.

We remind our students that developing a strong relationship with our Creator allows us comfort, calmness and positivity in all situations. We also attach great importance to patience reflecting over the life of our beloved Prophet ﷺ.

This enables our students to be better prepared to proceed towards their future goals and aspirations undeflected by the adverse circumstances they may face.

May Allāh ﷻ protect our children from all harms and strengthen them to overcome any difficulties, Ameen.
